1 BACK ROOM: hire staff who boost your tactics, and promote them to make them even stronger. You come back here after each scandal.
2 SPIN the slot machine to build a headline from PR phrases.
3 DECIDE when to stop. Matching the recommended tactics scores big, but spins run out and some phrases backfire.
4 PUBLISH to bury the scandal and lift your approval.
